Abstract Thermoforming is one of the oldest technologies for manufacture plastic products. This originates in prehistory, but today, new additive manufacturing can contribute to production moulds, tools, or accessories, which be used other traditional processes. Manufacturing such moulds thermoforming a challenging technical problem due multitude equipment, materials, design, and process constraints that must considered. To identify organize large amount information, it imperative implement method based on stimulating creativity. Following application 3-level idea diagram method, material resources susceptible experimental testing are established include software, accessories.
